Home rules

When leaving the property during your stay, please turn off all devices. For example: Televisions, hair dryers, stove, fan and air condition units. Please report any broken items to the host as soon as possible. Use make-up wipes/cloth that is provide in the medicine cabinet to remove make-up and not the towels. Failure to do so will result in a claim. Please note that you are allowed one free wash per week, any additional wash we be at an additional fee Quiet hours are between 10pm- 10am DISCLAIMER: Do not take any items that belongs to the property or else we will be asking for a damage deposit claim.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
